You hereby represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method(s) in connection with any purchase and that the information that you supply to us and to the third party payment processor(s) is true, correct and complete.

 

Cancellation policy

We offer cancellations on purchases made of the goods, services, and digital products offered on our Website. We offer cancellations only prior to shipment, prior to download, and prior to performance of the service. You may cancel your order by contacting us. You will not be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel your purchase in accordance with the instructions above. We will issue you a refund of the full purchase price that you paid if you cancel your purchase.  Refunds will NOT be issued for cancellations of products or services that are custom-made or custom produced for the individual client. We reserve the right to cancel your purchase for any reason, in our sole discretion, including but not limited to fraud, inaccuracies, and unavailability of the items or services purchased. We will let you know immediately if we plan on cancelling your purchase.
We will issue you a refund of the full purchase price that you paid if we cancel your purchase.

Return & Refund policy

We offer refunds on purchases made of the goods, services, and digital products offered on our Website. To qualify for a refund, you must submit your request to us within 7 days of purchase and your refund will be processed within 30 days by contacting us and via the Website and you must submit your receipt or proof of purchase in order to receive a refund.  Any goods purchased must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. If a returned item is open or used, any refund shall be at our discretion.
We offer refunds on purchases of the goods, services, and digital products offered on our Website for the following reason(s) only: the good, digital product or service failed to meet the warranties, if any, You didn't like the goods, services or digital products offered,  the goods were the wrong size or wrong color, wrong description, You were unable to download or the download was incompatible with third party software or hardware, and the wrong product or service was provided. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any other reasons other than those listed above.  All refunds must include receipts.  Refunds will NOT be issued for purchases of products or services that are custom-made or custom produced for the individual client.

A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the Product price less the return label fee if applicable. Any duties paid for orders shipped to Canada, the UK, or the EU countries will NOT be refunded. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refunds

Please note that we do not accept returns of any personalized or custom-made products, final sale merchandise, gift cards, digital products (unless they are not downloadable or faulty) or products that are specified as non-returnable in its description.

Shipping policy

When you purchase our goods, either we or a third party will ship these goods to you. If a third party is used for shipping, the shipping will be governed by that third party’s Terms of Service and other applicable policies. Please contact us to gain access to the third party’s identity and policies.
When you purchase our goods, the cost of the shipping will be calculated and presented to you during the checkout process.
The amount of time that it will take to ship the goods to you will be calculated and presented to you when you place your order.
There are times and events out of our control that may delay shipping.  We will do our best to communicate any delays in shipping as soon as we become aware of them. 

Donations Program

Our donations program works on a first-come-first-served basis, which means that once you register and are approved to participate, you will be put on a waiting list and notified as soon as we collect the money necessary for you to obtain the requested service. Participating in this program will allow you to purchase the services listed below paying only 30% of the regular cost. The donor will pay 35% and our company the remaining 35%.

You can request only one service at a time, but once your chosen program is complete you can sign up to participate in another program.

Once you have been notified that your opportunity to purchase one of our programs has arrived, you will have 7 days to register and pay your share of the cost. If your payment is not made within this period, your application will expire, and someone else will be called upon to participate in your place.

The mere registration in the donation program to receive the benefit with the participation of third parties does not guarantee your participation in the program, exempting The Company from any obligation in this regard, to which you hereby accept.

NO WARRANTY ON PURCHASES
